A nice par 3 with a kidney shaped green, being narrow at the front but a lot wider towards the back, a good tee shot here will give you a good birdie opportunity.

A Allen & Son's assessment of Hole 6

On the face of it a simple chip onto a large green and two puts for an easy par. The distance is deceptive and beyond the green it becomes the long fairway of the 7th without much to register distance visually. The green is unusually flat on for this course so few clues there on its size or the flag's position. Bunkers await the timid tee shot so unless you roll on through the middle of them you may be snatched by them if pitching just short. And try to put the side glances from 9th green and 1st tee out of mind when teeing off!
