A nice par 4, which again plays its distance, the ideal tee shot would be on the left side of the fairway as it would open the green for the approach. Any approach shot pulled slightly left or long will be severely punished by either the wall or “berts bath”.
Bate Mill Trade's assessment of Hole 2A great hole to loosen up with a more open drive along the gentle downhill - just make sure you avoid the bunkers on the right. On the second shot onto the green, be carefull not to roll off to the left on out of the back of the green. Somewhat deceptive hole that leaves many a visitor short of the green on two shots but really no need for that. The green itself has a clever mixture of undulations to make sure you stay focussed until the shots are marked on the card.
